We offer both Residential and commercial service contracts. For commercial service contracts, please contact us for pricing and details. Our commercial contracts basically involve LA preforming preventive service every 3 months, 4 times a year.

Discount on Repairs - When you become LA HVAC Preferred Service Policy holder you are entitled to a 10% discount on labor and parts for repairs.
